Convenient location with friendly staff

I stayed for four nights and appreciated the close proximity to my clients, allowing me to walk. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and my room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. However, the property definitely needs some upgrades, especially in the maintenance of the rooms.

I liked how the staff were friendly and available when I needed assistance. The check-in process felt straightforward. However, the room didn't match the pictures at all. The hot tub didn't work, and the lights were flickering. The wifi didn’t connect properly, which was frustrating. I noticed some holes in the wall and missing tiles in the shower. Even though I slept on clean sheets, the overall state of the room was disappointing. I expected better maintenance for the amenities promised. I didn’t feel comfortable with the unkempt conditions outside the room too. it just made the stay less enjoyable.

The queen room was clean and had a handy fridge for my snacks, which was a nice touch! I really enjoyed unwinding in the hot tub and taking a dip in the pool after a long day. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, but it didn't ruin my stay at all. 😊

I had a great stay with a comfy King room and appreciated the cleanliness. The price was decent, and the on-site laundry made my trip easier. Would definitely return!

The room featured a working hot tub which added a nice relaxing element to our time there it was also equipped with a microwave and refrigerator which came in handy for late-night snacks

The room was very clean and well-maintained upon check-in. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a long day of work. I appreciated the overall organization of the room, and there were plenty of fresh linens and towels. Additionally, the refrigerator was helpful to store my snacks and drinks during my stay.

WiFi connection was inconsistent, which hindered my work.

I stayed in the King Room with a Hot Tub for a night and enjoyed the clean hot tub. The location near shopping offered convenience. However, the room had outdated amenities and plumbing issues, which could use attention.

This place suits me perfectly with free parking, air conditioning, and 24-hour reception. On my first visit, staff offered me a cold drink to beat the heat. I'm coming back for a weekend!

The front desk guy was actually really nice and helpful when I got there late. I was surprised they honored the price since I know I didn't prepay. Also, it was kind of cool that I was so close to shopping, made it convenient overall.
